Rules Governing Deposit Accounts

This disclosure is the legal agreement that governs all deposit accounts.  For accounts that were opened before May 11, 2020, this disclosure becomes effective on July 1, 2020.  For accounts, there were opened on or after May 11, 2020 this disclosure is effective immediately.

Specific Funds Availability Disclosure

This new disclosure which is effective July 1, 2020 implements the inflation adjustments required under the law.  The policy describes how soon the bank must make funds available for use in both consumer and business checking accounts.
